What we design.
We produce structural plans for shingle, tile, metal, and low-slope assemblies. Designs reference the governing code (IBC/IRC/FBC with local amendments) and ASCE 7 wind loads, plus applicable NOA/ESR product approvals and manufacturer requirements.
Standards & acceptance.
All plans are prepared under responsible charge by a licensed Professional Engineer and cite governing codes and local amendments. We favor the simplest compliant solution, align with manufacturer instructions, and avoid over-design that inflates cost. Our scope is structural; architectural/MEP items are by others.
Revisions & addenda.
One targeted response to standard reviewer comments is included. Substantive scope changes, new product swaps, or field-condition deviations may require a priced revision.
Deliverables & what we need.
Deliverable is a stamped PDF; wet-signed originals and CAD (DWG) exports are available on request. We support multiple jurisdictions and continue to expand — tell us the project location and any submittal deadline, and we'll confirm licensing coverage and a realistic turnaround based on scope and verification needs.
